It is much more convenient and faster to carry out plastering work if you use “beacons” for this - special aluminum, plastic and steel profiles. They play the role of guides for the rule and make it easy to get a smooth wall surface during the plastering process. This saves not only time, but also material. And one of the best options to quickly install beacons under the plaster is to use special fasteners. For example, such as fasteners "Ushastik" - small metal plates mounted on self-tapping screws.
Mount design
Structurally, the "Ushastik" plaster mount for beacons is a device with small bent ends ("ears") and deepening. The former are designed for a comfortable grip on the rail. Deepening is required to install the screw head in the same plane with the base of the fastener ("flush"). The ears bend easily to encompass the beacon and quickly fold back when the guide is removed for reuse. The mount itself is, of course, disposable, and remains in place.

Reasons for the popularity of the product
Due to its simplicity and at the same time ease of use, the "Ushastik" fastener for beacons is used more often than other options. And it is suitable for plastering work, both on the ceiling and on the floor or walls. If we consider the advantages of the product in more detail, the following features should be noted:

- guides are installed quickly - each installation takes no more than 3 minutes (with a height of 2.5 m and the presence of six or seven fasteners for the "Ushastik" beacons);
- the fasteners firmly hold the profile - during plastering, there is no lag or displacement of the structure;
- the plaster can be applied immediately after the installation of the guides, without waiting for drying, as when installing the profiles on the mortar;
- beacons are mounted on fasteners in any conditions - both in the process of finishing the facade, and during internal work;
- after applying the plaster, the guides are removed even faster than they are mounted.
All these advantages of the "Ushastik" fastening lead to the fact that the speed of plastering of the enclosing structures increases by almost a third, regardless of whether it is carried out outside or inside the premises. Even greater productivity can be achieved if work is performed mechanically - using plastering stations. And when choosing a manual method of finishing, even an inexperienced master can plaster the surface.
There are the following options for placing the guides on the wall:
- mount kremmer for installing beacons:
- clips for plaster beacons;
- mount for beacons eared;
- installation of beacons on the solution;
- plastering walls without lighthouses;
- string method of aligning walls.
Stages of installing guides on fasteners
The process of mounting guides on fastenings for beacons for plaster "Ushastik" consists of two main stages. The first type of work, mandatory, is to install the main profiles, which should be guided by during plastering. The second, the need for which is determined by large irregularities and too long a structure, is the installation of additional guides. The third, optional, but desirable type is the removal of metal beacons from the not yet solidified solution.
Installation of main lighthouses
Traditional rules for installing beacons include the following:

- Checking the verticality of the wall using water and laser levels, a level and a plumb line. The smoother the enclosing structure, the less you will need both plaster and guides - and, therefore, fasteners;
- Installation of the first dowel for fasteners for lighthouses under plaster "Ushastik" at a distance of 100 mm below and 200 mm to the left of the upper right corner of the wall;
- Drawing the first vertical line;
- Layout of the rest of the surface. The mounting locations for the “Ushastik” beacons should be approximately 500 mm apart vertically and 1000–1500 mm horizontally;
- Installation of all dowels and fasteners.
The last stage before the start of plastering work is the installation of lighthouse profiles (usually metal) on the "Ushastik" mount. The guides are tightly pressed against the surface of the fastener base and are secured with bendable “ears”. For this, special round-nose pliers are used, which allow not to break the bending metal and bend it with maximum accuracy. Now you can continue plastering, which, with the installation of beacons for plastering walls, takes much less time.

Intermediate guides
If there are too serious slopes of the wall surface or its long length (6 m or more), the main beacons may not be enough to obtain a flat surface with a minimum amount of plaster. This means that you will have to additionally install intermediate guides. The installation method for these beacons should be the same as for the main profiles. And, if all the guides were installed on the "Ushastik" mount, intermediate ones are also mounted on them.
All of them must be in the same plane as the main beacons - to comply with these requirements, levels and a level are also used. You can also use other devices for alignment, such as a strip or thread. The latter is suitable for those cases where there are obstacles on the walls - for example, pipes - or the length is too long. To pull the thread in the upper and lower parts of the walls, dowels are driven in, along which it will pass. All guides installed on the "Ears" fasteners must touch the resulting structure for alignment.

Walls with a large number of communications require the use of not only a special system for attaching beacons, but also a special scheme for their installation. For example, setting fragments of guides. And, if a part of the kitchen wall is equal, some of the profiles can be 2.5–2.7 m long, and the rest can be meter or one and a half meters. In this case, the fasteners can be mounted more often - every 500–1000 mm horizontally and 400 mm vertically.
Removing construction elements
After the plastering work is completed, the guides can be removed. And fasteners for lighthouses under plaster "Ushastik" helps to do this relatively quickly. And the guides after completing the work are able to serve for some time and be reused. If they are not taken out, metal (namely, metal beacons are used most often) can rust and ruin the wall decoration. To remove the guides, you need a special curly spatula and ordinary pliers, which are used to bend the "ears" of the fastening of the beacons for plaster.
Product cost
The cost of one fastener for the "Ushastik" lighthouses is within 2.5 rubles. per piece (about 60 rubles per pack of 25 pcs.). A pack containing 700 items will cost 1,750 rubles. Taking into account the fact that on a wall with a height of 2.7 m there are 7 such products for each guide, and the distance between them horizontally reaches 1-1.5 m, a wall of 5 x 2.7 meters will need 28-35 fasteners or about RUB 100
