In parallel, smoke detectors and a ventilation system can be installed. With a large ceiling area, it is recommended to install additional stiffeners so that the film does not sag.

The film is hung at the corners. Then, using a heat gun, the canvas and the room are warmed up to 60 degrees. Next, the canvas is stretched and, using a special semicircular plastic spatula, is tucked into the baguette. After cooling, the film forms a flat surface.

With another method of installing a stretch ceiling, which does not require heating the room, a larger canvas is used. Installation is carried out from the wall. First, pre-fixing the canvas, slightly pulling it. Then, when the canvas is completely suspended, it is tucked more densely into the baguette. This makes the film stretch better. Work is carried out from the middle of the wall to the corners. Then cut off the excess film.

When the stretch ceiling is installed, holes are cut in the film and glued with insulating rings. Then the lamps are mounted.

Along the perimeter of the ceiling in an economy version without the use of ready-made solutions, you can independently glue the ceiling plinth (molding) and the ceiling is ready.
