Leveling margin
An example of calculating the required number of rolls.
Reaching the moment of buying wallpaper for pasting a room, apartment or premises, the question always arises about the required number of rolls of wallpaper. If you buy a lot, the wallpaper will simply not be in demand and the money will be wasted. If there is not enough wallpaper, the problem becomes more problematic, since it is advisable to buy wallpaper from one batch so that the colors and shades do not differ.
If you yourself are engaged in repairs, then you should also calculate the required number of rolls of wallpaper. Using the wallpaper quantity calculator, you can calculate not only the number of wallpaper in running meters, but also the number of rolls.

An example of calculating the required number of rolls
Let's say you need to paste over a room 3 by 4 m ^{2} and a standard ceiling height of 2.5 m. The room will have one doorway 190 cm high and 70 cm wide. There will also be a window 120 cm high and 100 cm wide. the standard wallpaper width is 53 cm and the roll length is 10 m. It is important for calculating the number of wallpaper to round up to the nearest whole.
So, let's calculate the number of meters of running wallpaper excluding openings:
 The perimeter of the room = 300 2 + 400 2 = 1400 cm.
 The number of wallpaper in running meters = 1400/53 2.5 = 27 2.5 = 68 lm
 Number of rolls = 68/10 = 7 rolls.
Let's calculate the number of wallpapers excluding door and window openings:
 We calculate the number of wallpapers on the doors and windows = 1.9 70/53 + 1.2 100/53 = 2.5 + 2.3 = 5 lm.
 The number of wallpaper in running meters = 68 5 = 63.

Number of rolls = 63/10 = 7 rolls (round up).
