We cut them into small pieces (the size of the neck of a bottle), pour these pieces into a liter jar and fill them with 800 ml of vodka, then leave them for half a month. Next, you need to strain the tincture through a gauze cloth. Use this tincture 10 drops before meals (10 minutes). So we take the tincture for 2 weeks, then we rest for a week, and repeat this course two more times. It is best to take ginseng in winter.
Ginseng tincture toning. We take 50 grams of dry crushed roots of the plant and pour 500 ml of vodka, if you wish, you can add 50 grams of honey. We leave to infuse for 3 weeks in a warm room. Do not forget to shake up the composition periodically. We take this medicine one teaspoon before meals.
Ginseng for cough and runny nose. To prepare such a product, take a large radish, make a depression in it and put it in a double boiler for two hours. Next to the radish, put the ginseng root in a double boiler. Then we take everything out of the steamer. Put the ginseng root into the groove in the radish, fill it with honey and alcohol in equal proportions. We cover the hole in the radish with a lid that was cut from the radish, leave it to infuse for a day and take the liquid that will stand out in the radish, 1 teaspoon three times a day. In one day of treatment, both cough and runny nose will disappear.
Ginseng tincture
